the breakfast included a great selection and attentive service. my room had a fine view and a comfortable bed. the hotel provides convenient parking at the rear of the building (though it can get busy).
the bathroom fixtures are a bit outdated.

Excellent Stay

efficient serviceunique decorparking availabilitytepid water
Breakfast service was efficient and included good vegetarian options. The dining area featured unique decor, specifically photos of cats. Parking availability was a great advantage, I had no issues finding space. Staff politeness definitely stood out.
I found that the hot water from the communal tea and coffee station was tepid. This was inconvenient as I prefer a hot drink in the morning..
Service
9/10
The staff were attentive and addressed requests promptly. Breakfast service was very quick. Two Ukrainian girls served breakfast.. they managed well despite a slight language barrier. One elderly man checked me in after I rang the bell.
Rooms
9/10
My room offered a fantastic sea view. The room was spotlessly clean. It was spacious and comfortable and had a comfortable bed. The table had the room number on it at breakfast.
Location
10/10
The hotel overlooked the sea and it was amazing when the weather was good. The location is quiet and easily accessible to nearby attractions. The hotel is located on the first line to the sea.
Facilities
8/10
Breakfast featured a freshly cooked meal served at the table, a rare treat in Ireland. There is a bar with John serving the drinks. The hotel provides free private parking..

An Okay Stay with Some Issues

useful parkingweak shower pressuredated decor
The hotel provided parking, quite useful.
The shower pressure was weak. It was nearly impossible to have a decent shower. I also found the decor quite dated and uninviting. The toilet sometimes didn't flush properly, frustrating.
